Guests can enjoy a morning coffee or chilled glass of prosecco whilst taking in the breathtaking landscape surrounding the property; it is truly inspiring and very romantic! A spacious and stylish master bedroom with a pretty and ornate modern double bed and bedside tables is also situated on the same floor as well as a newly fitted modern bathroom with all the desired sanitary ware including a free standing shower cubicle, wash basin with overhead vanity mirror and a WC and bidet. The residence offers parking and a wonderful large swimming pool in a sunny and prominent lake view position for guests to enjoy. Guests can reach the lakeside centre of Bellano within minutes by car from their hillside location and can find a wide range of amenities on offer including supermarkets, petrol stations, cafes, restaurants and a train service to Lecco and Milan. Just 6 minutes drive away from the Bellano lakeshore guests can also reach the vibrant resort town of Varenna which is a very romantic and idyllic town which features a wide Victorian promenade with cafes and car and passenger ferry service, a medieval centre with charming cobbled streets leading to lake view restaurants and atmospheric wine bars, a pretty harbour and the ancient castle keep of Queen Theodolinda and Villa Monastero which are waiting to be explored. The ferry service operates frequently throughout the day and evening to the famous resort town of Bellagio with its wide variety of boutique shops and delightful cafes and Villa Melzi gardens and on to the picturesque resort town of Menaggio which offers charming piazzas, buildings, cafes and restaurants as well as a romantic lakefront promenade which leads to a newly refurbished lakefront Lido with swimming pools and beach. Visitors can also visit Cadenabbia by ferry to visit the famous Villa Carlotta and try a superb cappuccino or aperitif in one of the many Tremezzo cafes and bars.
